Make this easy, beginner, cabled poncho.  Easy to knit and sew together, but great to wear when it's getting cold.  Leslye's instructions are always clear and easy for a beginner to understand. 

MATERIALS: 4 balls Plymouth Baby Alpaca Grande (110 yards each) Size 10 U.S. needles, or appropriate size to obtain gauge listed below. Size 9 U.S. needles for neck ribbing, or 1 size lower than needles used for body Cable needle

GAUGE: 12 stitches = 4 inches
